Bill Wallet is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the BlueBridge Group. Bill's personal practice focuses on searches within the high technology industries. Additionally, Bill work to assist Israeli high technology companies build their US based management teams as well as having a focus on building both Executive and Advisory Boards.

Prior to founding the BlueBridge Group, Bill was a partner with Heidrick & Struggles. His career prior to Executive search was based around 27 years in the high tech marketplace both as an entrepreneur and working for a number of very large corporations. His experience has spanned products, consulting and services both domestically and internationally. His extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of high technology spans 17 years in key management positions for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Apollo Computer, Harris Computer Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Eighteen years ago, Bill became involved in his first start-up as a co-founder of Enabling Technologies Group a small consulting firm focused on competitive marketing education and strategies for the UNIX based industry. While at ETG, Bill did extensive training, consulting and speaking for companies such as IBM, Motorola and Unisys both domestically and internationally.

Thirteen,years ago, Bill founded and served as CEO of a testing organization, Client Server Labs, focused on providing independent hardware, software and network testing for both manufacturers and end-user clients. CSL's strong growth and enviable reputation resulted in an acquisition of the company in late 1999 by an Israeli testing firm. Upon acquisition, Bill headed up worldwide business development along with all merger and acquisitions for the Israeli company.

The experience gained over the last eighteen years, working with and in the mid-cap and start-up markets has allowed Bill and his team to provide significant added-value to his clients. His expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, general management and strategy has allowed him to differentiate his approach to consultative recruitment.

Bill earned a BS from the University of California, Davis. He is on the Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Board of Directors of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and a member of the ForeScout Technology Advisory Board.
