Garrett Gil de Rubio is a Partner within the BlueBridge Group and also serves in the role as the organization's Operations Manager.

Based in Atlanta, Garrett has a diverse history working in the high-tech services industry in addition to his more recent experience in the executive search arena. Garrett spent two years at Handler & Associates, a boutique-style executive search firm based in Atlanta. Prior to his time at Handler, he served as Director of Business Development for CorTechs, a Washington, DC-based services firm dedicated to software development and maintenance productivity using advanced tools, techniques and methods. While at CorTechs, Garrett's primary responsibilities included maintenance and growth of corporate channels, partnerships and customer relationships in Latin America (Brazil and Mexico, in particular).

For more than five years before joining CorTechs, Garrett worked with TesCom, an Israeli-based independent software testing company. Over the course of his tenure there, he served in several operational, sales and marketing roles. From early 1997 to mid-1998, he was personally responsible for revenue growth, account management and territorial development in Florida and the Midwestern United States. He was then tasked from 1998 until late 1999 with the responsibility of recruiting, managing and training members of the company's Sales Development Group, through which Garrett assumed business development and sales responsibilities for most of North America. After an international acquisition in late 1999, Garrett served in the capacity of Director of Corporate Development, whereby he assumed sales management, marketing and mergers/acquisition responsibilities for the North American and European operations of TesCom. During that period, Garrett alternated his time between offices in Atlanta, the San Francisco Bay Area and London.

Garrett holds a Bachelors Degree in Romance Languages & Literatures from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (Brazilian), and maintains moderate proficiency in French. He has significant personal and professional experience working and living abroad.
